Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for purchasing our products at www.oursouthernmemories.com operated by Southern Memories LLC. We hope you really like the item/s you have purchased. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we do returns and refunds only on certain items. Continue reading below to see if you are eligible for a refund.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you must contact us with a reason given for that refund and return the product within 21 calendar days of receiving your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.

**You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund. If a refund is approved, the money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.

If the product is damaged in any way or is not in original packaging, you will not be eligible for a refund.

If it has been more than the allowed 21 calendar days, you must contact us for approval of a return and refund. (We understand some items may be purchased as a gift and it needs to be returned and refunded after the 21 calendar days. We do these returns and refunds by individual approval only.)

Hair Barrettes
Custom or Personalized Items (any product which has a personal name or letter/number on it such as the jeep cards, keychains, memorial car decals, ornaments, etc., etc.)

Sticker Packs
Vinyl Stickers
Keychains
Shirts
Designer Bags
Ornaments
Soap (Must be unopened.)

For items purchased that are not eligible for returns and refunds, please contact us ASAP to resolve any issues you may have with one of our products.
